Certification...special interview on how to
master the IAC Coach Certification process...
In April 2004, I was one of the first coaches
to become certified by the International
Association of Coaches (IAC), and I was asked
to become one of the Certifying Coaches,
evaluating future coaches going through the
certification process.
I am, of course, thrilled about this. Not so
much that "certification" is
required right now, but that it represents the
strides I've made in my own coaching, my
commitment to my own development as well as
the industry as a whole, and because this
certification, in particular, is really about
assuring clients that the coach they are
working with really can coach.
