will you observe someone else's
coaching, you'll be riding along as they
get mentored on their
coaching.
You'll not only see and hear
first-hand how another coach does it,
you'll also observe them being mentored
while they coach.
You'll
see what happens when you have great
mentoring to guide you in your own
coaching skill.

you can listen in, come to a
Coaching Ride Along and hear Nina East, IAC
Certified Coach mentor other coaches as they
coach.
Remember the coaching critiques Thomas Leonard
used to do? This will be much the same
thing...only without the fear factor that came
with being critiqued by Thomas. :)

is no cost, just a willingness to ride
along.
